Omega 3 fatty acids have been found to be essential to your health. The bottle contains 90 softgels, with a suggested dosage of 2 daily preferably with a meal. I take mine whenever and it has never had those fishy burps afterwards. If you take the suggested intake daily, then one bottle should last you about 45 days. They are smaller in size than ones you typically see, which makes them easier to swallow.
If you have specific allergies or preferences, the labeling states that this product does not contain any of the following: GMOs, gluten, egg, additives, fillers, binders, artificial ingredients, soy, milk, peanut, shellfish, stearates, sulfates, dioxides, or laurates.
