Been a couple days since last post and not much change. Mornings have been a little bit better, get up about 7 and take my meds. Not feeling much anxiety and hungry enough to eat a banana. Anxiety typically has started up about 9:30 or so and ramp up from there, tampering off in the late afternoon. Sunday and Monday were not that bad, mainly cause I didnt have to do anything. Just relaxed and and did some work on the computer (didnt go to air show after all). Yesterday though I had to go to the studio for a morning session and it was a lot more noticeable, but was able to refrain from a lorazepam. Had more nausea and dizziness again. Also had a meeting last night and it popped up again for a bit on the drive home (missed my walk).
This morning I’m back at the studio for a session and so far not as bad as yesterday but still feeling tension across the chest and arms. Debating taking a lorazepam just so I can have a day of relaxation after the past three but not sure yet. Part of me wants to tough it out and see how bad it gets, you know to see if things are improving. It just after all day of tension and anxiety if when it lets up in the evenings my arms feel like I’ve been bench pressing all day, legs are not that much better. Its just so exhausting.
Reflux wise I’m not sure but maybe there is a hint of improvement. When I wake up the PND is not as bad anymore and notice im not clearing throat as much. Evenings after walk and dinner my mouth still is getting dry and the ‘stuff’ in the back of the throat is more pronounced making it hard to swallow. Also not getting short of breath as much, but then again its been a cool week and that tends to happen when its hot out.
