If you have followed my blog or my A Frogs Diary blog over the years you know I have had issues with anxiety and insomnia. While I do take medication for both I like to use other methods to deal as well and one of these is Lavender Essential Oils.
Lavender Oil has many great benefits:

I use my oil primarily two ways. In my office I have an oil burner where I put a few drops with water over a tea candle. The aroma helps me stay relaxed and focused through out the day. At night I have a diffuser on the nightstand that disperses the oil into a micro fine vapor, allowing them to remain suspended in the air for an extended time. This again helps me to relax and fall asleep.
