Yep woke up this morning and its still hanging around. Not that bad though, I can get up and function but do have an overwhelming desire to just curl up in bed. Yesterday it did get better as the day progressed and was able to eat in the evening. Thats the big thing is that I feel mildly nauseous most the time I dont eat. I may even feel hungry but have no appetite generally till late in the day. I am trying to get water into my body all day as when I wake up I feel dehydrated (mouth dry) and that makes it hard to eat as well.
Thats what gets me thinking about what if its something else, an allergy or bug, that the anxiety is just a side effect that gets snowballed with the stress. When I wak up the post nasal drip is at its worse and all that gunk in my stomach could be the cause of the lose of appetite and nausea, and maybe that is causing acid reflux and the breathing issues which causes the anxiety. Or is it the anxiety that causes the post nasal drip, etc, etc. Chicken or the egg crap.
Well no sessions today so will be resting and getting some things done as well. Hoping that it will fade away by next week, unless its something allergy related then I need to find the cause fast.
