Hello! Jeff here, just wanted to tell you a little about myself here. I have always been a day dreamer of finding ways to make money fast or to work on my own. You see I went in to the Marines from High School and soon after landed a job with a company that I was with for 20+ years. I got tired of the 9-5 fast but could never find a way to break from it. I did start a little web design business on the side when the web was young but never got near the point of supporting the family. I soon became very active with photography, photography kids sports and models, which did develop into a business. Three years ago I opened a studio in San Diego, and Jan 2010 I quit the day job.
Now I have been running a fairly successful portrait business of my own, but it has its ups and downs. So my mind wanders to some of the books I read and one thought comes back… ‘multiple streams of income’ So I turn back to the internet to form multiple streams of income, preferably more of the passive type.
As I thought of it more and more, its not just about developing the streams of income but holding on to it as well. Its about the creation of wealth and that must take into consideration the removal of debt. I was foolish in my youth (hell up to a few years ago) and accumulated a lot of debt. So this site has become more of my journey into increasing my net worth, by increasing the income streams and removing the debt.
The other ‘streams’ that perhaps are even more important than the income are the ones of Health, Family and Happiness. So these will be included here as well from time to time,
Im not a professional writer or an expert in finances. This blog is just my thoughts and opinons expressed the best way I can. It will be my journey down that path. How I do it, my successes and failures, my mindset and my journey to a more balanced and enjoyable life.
